Perspective Dining Terms and conditions
Perspective welcomes up to 12 guests for lunch experience at 1230 pm Thursday to Saturday, and for dinner experience, from Tuesday to Saturday at 6:30 pm.
Perspective guests can purchase tickets online through OpenTable via reservations, selecting their desired date and experience time.
Perspective offers a two-and-a-half-hour interactive dining experience for Dinner and one and a half hour Lunch High Tea or Variations- Lunch shared-style dining experience, with this in mind we ask you to please arrive at the correct time of your booking, as tardiness may result in a diminished offering.
Perspective requires guests to include their credit card details at the time of ticket purchase. Please take note that your personal details are held by a secure third party. Perspective will kindly require a holding deposit of $50 per person, for dinner tickets purchased, this will be deducted upon purchase and subtracted from your overall account. High Tea lunch experience is a prepaid experience and Variations- Lunch shared-style dining no deposit pay once you dine .
Dietary requirements must be declared at the time of ticket purchase. Although we use the best practice within our preparation and storage methods Perspective cannot guarantee that our kitchen is 100% allergen free and cross-contamination may occur, Perspective will not be held responsible if contamination does happen to occur. Perspective will not be able to provide you with the optimum experience if you add dietary requirements without forty-eight hours notice. High tea experience is tailored to a 2 person experience and dietary requirements will be tailored to dietary requested in booking unfortunately for high tea only we cannot cater for vegan. Perspective Dining is a cashless venue all major cards are accepted.
Please be advised that a 15% surcharge applies to all goods and services provided on designated public holidays. By proceeding with a transaction on a public holiday, you acknowledge and accept this surcharge as part of our terms of service.

Cancellations policy
Perspective requires guests to provide credit card details at the time of booking. These details are securely stored by a trusted third-party provider.To avoid cancellation penalties, we kindly ask that any cancellations or changes in guest numbers be communicated no less than 48 hours prior to your dining experience.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees:
• Dinner – 9-Course Degustation: $145 per guest
• Dinner – 5-Course Menu: $70 per guest
• Lunch – Shared-Style Menu: $80 per guest
In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within the required notice period, Perspective reserves the right to charge the applicable fee as a no-show recovery.
High Tea & Prepaid Events:
Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of a prepaid event (including High Tea) will result in full forfeiture of the booking amount.
Eucalyptus Room Terms and conditions
The Eucalyptus Room accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, offering a communal dining experience around a single expansive table. Lunchtime experience from 1230 pm Friday and Saturday , and for dinner experience, from Wednesday to Saturday at 6:30 pm.

To avoid cancellation penalties please ensure notice of cancelation and reduction of numbers is being communicated no less the 48 hours prior to your dining experience. Eucalyptus will deduct a no-show recovery fee $70 per guest for no-shows or failure to arrive at your dining experience without appropriate cancelation notice.
